What you all don't know is that Putin is supporting this and is all happy because bits by bits he's pushing America and European countries toward isolation. The same tactics used to win the cold and dismantle the Soviet Union is now used against all global alliances.

@eli1601 we're laughing, the ultimate victory will be few US state leaving the federal government. I know how it will happen. Soon Democrats will start planning some constitutional amendment about the number of senators per state. If the succeed, states with small populations will leave the Union.

@eMortal A constitutional amendment requires 2/3 of the House 2/3 of the Senate and then ratification by 3/4 of the states. That's why there are less than 30 amendments in 230 years.
