It makes me sick that [b]illegal[/b] immigrants are cared about more than the homeless and starving in our country. Even our own veterans aren't a priority!

This is so disingenuous. Those migrants are coming here looking for asylum, they would not be assigned housing or food. They would be willing to go anywhere in the US to find housing or work.

The citizens living in tents are there because they want to stay close to their destroyed homes. Shockingly we can't rebuild thousands of buildings overnight.

We can, as others have said, do both. We can help refugees and asylum seekers, and we can help our own.

How much money, time or volunteer hours have you donated to the California wildfire victims?

Yeah, weird how America never cares about it's own displaced citizens. They just become talking points in order to avoid having to deal with other problems and then get forgotten again.

But those displaced Americans are already secure dumdum voters so the left will express concern only when a camera and a question is in the vicinity.

Then why not back a party which actually protects your citizens, instead of one which f+++s your citizens and blames minorities.
