When will a politician give us a straight answer?

I know they all do this, but I just listened to an interview with Sen. Rand Paul. He didn't even come close to answering the first five questions he was asked. In some ways I blame the interviewer (in this case, Wolf Blitzer). They usually just let them blather on about something not related without bringing them back to the original question. I wish at the end of the question the reporter would at least say, "So it sounds to me and the American people like you don't wan to answer that question."
I don't think that will ever happen. Wolves have power and don't care about sheep

Like father, like son.

Is it rally necessary for the reporter to point out what you observed? Oh never mind, it is.

@katielass I think it needs to be pointed out to put a little pressure on the politician who always feels like he's putting one over on us.

If they ever give a straight answer, all the other politicos will consider that a blatant and unforgivable betrayal of their tribe.
