Why has it taken so long for PRO-LIFE people to legislate the death penalty for women seeking abortions?

@AndrewtheAlu Sense is mostly irrelevant with the so-called “pro-life”. These tend to be the same folks who [b]are[/b] pro-death penalty, as well as being anti-birth control and critical of social programs like Head Start and school lunches. The things that would help educate and feed the children they insist be born.
