We educate, test and license people to drive. Many of them Drive nearly every day, practicing and bettering their skills. Drivers develop muscle memory and increased wisdom about the road.

Every idiot thinks they're an expert on firearms.

Not even a tiny bit. Guess what we do for drivers?

- License them
- Test them
- Take away licenses for bad drivers
- Insure them

If you take the cars away from everyone and drive up the price of black market sky high, yeah drunk driving will just about disappear.
