How the fed is to blame for the crumbling infrastructure

If interest rates weren’t so low corporations would spend more money on capital expenditures instead of borrowing money to buy back their own shares. The Federal Reserve is indirectly responsible for the Crumbling infrastructure
because Corporations have no incentive to invest in the future when they can get cheap money to buy back their own shares and boost the compensation of their executives.

Corporations don't really have any real way to invest into the stuff that we view as national infrastructure. But you're right that taxes help spur capital investment as corporations look to lower the tax burden. But it's generally going to go into their infrastructure, not the public stuff.
