Should absentee ballots mailed two weeks after Election Day and a month after thr mailing deadline count?

A Court told the Dems no and that decision is on appeal. Who is paying for all the frivolous dem litigation?

Since it isn't two weeks after Election Day yet, please provide your source that absentee ballots filed after next Tuesday are being counted by Democrats.

@windinhishair Oh come on now, since when has simple reality like time and dates prevented our little friend from spinning a good yarn 😂😂😂
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@room101 Even a blind pig finds an acorn now and then. 😉

You lovebirds know it’s true. I dare you to prove me wrong. I’m not doing your homework for you. @room101 @windinhishair
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@jackjjackson How on earth could I possibly prove a claim that something will happen after next Tuesday? You were the one who made the bogus and obviously false statement, not I. Of course, as Chief Trump Apologist, I don't expect facts from you. And you consistently fail to provide them.

Lawsuit “sought to have absentee ballots received two weeks after Election Day counted”. Lawsuits ask for specific relief. Your reading comprehension is lacking.

Democrats sue Florida secretary of state, seek to count tardy mail-in ballots

PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. - A lawyer for U.S. Sen. Bill Nelson's re-election campaign is suing Florida Secretary of State Ken Detzner, claiming that the state is disenfranchising voters by not accepting mail-in ballots received after Election Day.

Marc Elias, an attorney representing Nelson and the Democratic National Committee, filed the lawsuit Monday morning in federal court.

"No Floridian should have their rightful vote denied because of mail/post office delays," Elias said on Twitter. "We are suing to protect these ballots."

@jackjjackson Just as I thought. Your post is erroneous and deliberately misleading as usual. The lawsuit
sought to have absentee ballots received two weeks after Election Day counted
. Somehow in your twisted mind, this became
absentee ballots MAILED two weeks after Election Day and a month after the mailing deadline
. There is every reason to count valid ballots that were mailed on time in accordance with existing law but received late. There is no reason to count invalid votes mailed two weeks after Election Day. Which obviously isn't occurring.

You really need to try harder, Jack. You're losing your mind with your Clinton mania and hatred.
jackjjackson · 61-69, M
That’s a deliberate misstatement and you know it. You were proved wrong as usual and lying further won’t help you. @windinhishair
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@jackjjackson Yes, I recognized your deliberate misstatement and called you on it. As usual, you refuse to own up to your lies when it is right there in black and white for anyone to read. Face it, you're not as good at gaslighting as your leader.

@windinhishair Don't waste your breath mate. Little junior has zero reading comprehension and is even worse than his orange overlord at communicating in the written form.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@room101 Obviously. He's been in a bitchy mood ever since his lies about correctly predicting the House turning blue were exposed for all to see. Turns out it was his own posts that did him in.
room101 · 51-55, M
@windinhishair As is always the case. I've lost count of the amount of times that I've called him out on his bullshit assertions. It always goes the same way:

posts total nonsense
doubles down on said nonsense
insists that the other has lost touch with reality/truth/facts
insults abound
dumbass memes proliferate

But he is pretty good at keeping us all entertained.
jackjjackson · 61-69, M
You two lovebirds my believe the elections need not be followed but fortunately the courts believe otherwise. Taking potshots at me doesn’t change thst but perhaps makes you feel better about yourselves. @windinhishair @room101
room101 · 51-55, M
@jackjjackson If by "taking potshots" you mean calling you out on your blatant misrepresentations of reality.........well, I guess I'm guilty as charged.

Does that make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside 😂😂😂
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@jackjjackson Oh, I believe that election scrutiny is warranted. However, unlike you, I don't believe in fabricating issues and lying about what the courts are doing.
jackjjackson · 61-69, M
You got the article and still you think noncompliance with election rules is fine. You’re simply a non thinking partisan. @windinhishair
jackjjackson · 61-69, M
Sorry pal, you and your buddy want to ignore election laws when they don’t suit you. The article is clear. @room101
room101 · 51-55, M
@jackjjackson Dear oh dear little junior, will you never learn to read and actually comprehend what is before your very eyes. Neither of us are ignoring election laws. Even the ones which blatantly skew the election process.

No, little junior, what we're calling you out on is your blatant misrepresentation of the legal action being taken. What we're calling you out on is your persistent fakery and your pathetic attempts at creating a false narrative which suits your partisan agenda.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@room101 Somehow, in Jack's twisted mind, ballots received two weeks after Election Day become ballots mailed two weeks after Election Day and received a month after the deadline. That sounds worse than what the reality is, so he uses it, knowing that none of his brain-dead Republican buddies will check the facts. But thinking people like you do check, because his post doesn't make sense as written. And it is easily found to be just another of his deliberate lies that he is infamous for on this site. But he doubles down on the lies, changes the subject, hurls insults, obfuscates some more, maybe throws in a few memes, and denies, denies, denies. Just like his savior, Donald J. Trump.
room101 · 51-55, M
@windinhishair As I've said previously, this is what he does all the time. This is his MO.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@room101 You hit the nail on the head earlier. It is just what he does, to the point where he has been repeatedly sanctioned by the administrators of the site and had his posts edited to adhere to the TOS.
room101 · 51-55, M
@windinhishair WOW! Really? I didn't know that. That's priceless 😂😂😂
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@room101 He's lucky he's still here and hasn't been permanently suspended. The administrators got on him for harassment of others using repeated homoerotic and sexist memes when he ran out of verbal insults and didn't get his way, and he was on probation for a while. His posts still get flagged and edited by Admin.
jackjjackson · 61-69, M
What I write is less hateful and annoying bile you lovebirds spew. Warnings are computer generated erased so when a sufficient decide to harass one member they mass flag and warnings show up. Eventually what goes around comes around.

In any event the Dems spurious election lawsuits in FL and GA have been thrown out and the Dem losers finally conceded. @windinhishair @room101
room101 · 51-55, M
@jackjjackson What you write is less hateful????? And yet neither of us have ever been sanctioned by SW. But of course, you're the victim here. Just like your orange overlord and his dumb wife no. 3.

Poor little trumpty, poor little melanie, poor little junior. My heart bleeds for you all 😭😭😭
