Up to 20 missile bases in North Korea discovered.

The largest known North Korean armament is believed to be able to reach the US mainland. South Korea points out that the "agreement" reached by Trump and Kim never stated North Korea had to dismantle the ballistic missile bases, and in fact never even said that North Korea had to disclose their existence.

The "deal" didn't have much in the way of concrete demands at all.
The largest known North Korean armament is believed to be able to reach the US mainland
No, it's not - at least not by anyone with a shred of expertise in the field

But unsurprising behaviour by NKor, given they discovered they were making deals with a moron

Also, I just looked into it. It is now believed the North Korea has rockets capable of reaching a range of 10,000km without a payload. Adding a payload would of course reduce that range, but with the US mainland being at 10,300km, it is possible that North Korean engineers are just one breakthrough or technical upgrade away from attaining a theoretical maximum range that includes the continental US.

@firefall I seem to remember that their later tests demonstrated the energy necessary. They just have to build more of those.

But seriously, they aren’t a credible threat to us and never will be.

@QuixoticSoul Depends on the scale of threat. An existential threat? No. But they would have the power to be quite destructive to our assets and interests in the Pacific. Additionally, the real question is whether or not they might be able to drag China with them. That would be a much more destructive scenario.
