Do you feel that becoming more informed about politics changes your life for the better?

To me, there is literally nothing of value in it as I see it. What would be more depressing actually? Endless wars that you can do nothing about. No thanks, I'm done.

I always think being informed is an advantage over being ignorant to changes going on around me. Even if I can’t stop it I can at least be prepared.

@Will0w And I know so many people whose families exist because they were able to get out of bad situations by being aware of what was coming down the pike, rather than being happily complacent, sitting ducks. Knowledge is still power.

@Will0w Friends whose parents left Germany in 1934. Relatives who escaped parts of the South ahead of the KKK.
