Debbie Wasserman Schultz, is his County Congressional representative, indicating that the Opa-locka USPS facility, is close to where he hangs out, and this facility processed mail, sent from various locations in Miami-Dade County.
Incidentally, this would be the same place, where ballots mailed out in Miami-Dade County would be processed.
