He means this:
1. Republicans made history by increasing their numbers in the Senate.
2. Even though repubs lost the House it was expected. Only twice has the party in the WH NOT lost the House. BUT, and this is significant, the repubs lost fewer seats than did odumbo who lost 63 seats and clintoon who lost 54.
3. He managed to help 4 critical repub governors win in states that will be important in 2020.
But the overall lesson to take away is that Trump (I admit surprisingly) seems to understand politics better than lifetime politicians. He has pushed the dumtards into the corner. They can choose to do what they said they would do and work with him or they can waste taxpayer money on duplicating investigations that no one wants. Everyone will be watching and if they do what I already know they will do, they'll tune them out but they'll remember it on election day in 2020.

@katielass The tweet is only from 11pm. The counts weren't so certain at that point. Why would he say this at that point? Unless he's not talking about the election?
