Well, we have "citizens" openly vying to allow one man the power to amend the Constitution. I'd say the country and our Constitution mean nothing to them.

@AnneHoney Birthright citizenship is established by the 14th Amendment, which means it is a part of the Constitution. When you change the Constitution, even by altering an existing Amendendment, you are making an Amendment.
