Does truth exist any more?

When the truth is frequently branded “fake news” and fake news is depicted as truth, how do we know if truth exists any more?

If, within the realm of reality, all tangible and intangible conditions align with the narrative, then the narrative is truth. Creative contextual splicing is not truth. Intentional looping is not truth. Altered truths and twisted truths are lies. Here is an example. This tabloid headline is a lie, and provides it's own proof of falsehood. It brushes close enough to the truth that people will glance over it; accept it as truth, and move on, but the text of the headline is a lie.
