Is the U.S. headed for another civil war?

I don't mean this as criticism but i'd be remiss for not pointing out that most Americans are woefully uninformed,lacking even a basic understanding of their Constitutional rights concerning the 1st,2nd,and 4th amendments let alone being aware of The Real I.D. Act,The D.O.D.'s 1033 program already militarizing police forces in this country or the police "Stingray" and "Facial recognition" technology being instituted at airports now and if you want more cheery news then read about The U.N.'s 2030 Agenda.
