Better questions might be...
1. With even the slightest [i]hint[/i] of 'scandal', why hasn't Kavanaugh 'offered' to withdraw his candidacy ? Even if he used the 'For the good of the country' cop-out ?
2. Why with all this mess taking up so much time,has Trump not withdrawn the guy's candidacy ?......You'd have thought there were more pressing things to take care of wouldn't you ?......Unless he's actually buying time or indeed, an inside man at the Supreme court for some reason.
3. Why this 'show' in front of Senate committee ? Knowing it will divide opinion and give constant ammunition to those with [i]any[/i] agenda ?
4. How on earth is the FBI supposed to investigate a few 'claims' ? What would the EVIDENCE in EITHER direction actually LOOK LIKE ? And then, How in the hell would you be able to PROVE it beyond a reasonable doubt ?
5. And whilst ALL this takes up airtime and column inches across every media platform, what else is going on that's NOT being reported ?
