@Brenda True, but this is a lifetime appointment, and women’s lives will be in his hands. His character is an issue, especially if he’s ever indicated a dislike or disrespect for women. Especially if he’s assaulted women at any point in his life. As much as some people dismiss it as “long ago”, that’s not a normal thing “men just do”. So the only concern should be if it’s credible that it happened, not it’s happening in the past.
