I mean.... I'm not the smartest guy in the world.

But if I was to organize a grand conspiracy to fabricate sexual assault claims against a man who is salted to be one of the most influential and powerful men in the world, I wouldn't close it off by handing someone an envelope stuffed with cash on camera. There's probably a better way to do that.
