@MasterLee Yeah, "credible" by dodging questions and acting belligerent when questioned. I guess that's what you call credible. As stated before, all he had to do was answer the questions and he couldn't do that.

When asked asked if he would he like to do an FBI investigation TWICE to clear his name and investigate Dr. Ford's claims, he rambled on about something else instead of giving a yes or no answer.
When asked if what his friend said was true that he would get so wasted he would pass out, he rambled on about some other issue instead of just saying that was true or not true.
When asked why he didn't order an FBI investigation into Dr. Ford's claims, he became belligerent. Shouting "you're investigating me! You're investigating me!" Even though it was a hearing and not an investigation. All Kav had to do was answer why to clear up any confusion.
When asked if he wished Dr. Ford did not testify, he rambled about something else instead of saying yes or no. Those are examples of dodging. That's where he loses credibility. If you want to speak the truth but you have a hard time answering simple questions, then you're not being truthful.
