What do you think of the "Renate Alumnis" story?

I want to believe that the yearbook notations were good-natured. That those guys were just expressing their admiration. That it was an innocent joke.. but it does say a thing or two about his character. I wouldn't want my daughter treated that way and I wouldn't want someone who would do that to a girl, even if he was just a teenager back then, on the Supreme Court now. Surely, we can do better than that.
