This Brett Kavanaugh confirmation thing is really turning into a train wreck, isn't it?

I’m sure Brett has been involved in may trains...he’s a naughty one.

What do you mean, “train”? @SW-User

@jackjjackson In an email posted to Twitter Sunday night, Avenatti writes that Kavanaugh, his childhood friend Mark Judge, and others “would participate in the targeting of women with alcohol/drugs in order to allow a ‘train’ of men to subsequently gang rape them.”

Except for it being Avenatti this could be a death knell for Kavanaugh. At some point there is a tipping point based on no,bet of accusers even though it should only take one if true. Sadly as of now the media and public have decided based on no facts. Ridiculous. How can anyone know anything right now? Why is it so hard to keep an open mind? @SW-User

@jackjjackson Avenatti jumped the shark by running for President and he may be desperate for media exposure so I take it with a grain of salt. You want facts as do I. It is illegal to lie to the FBI -- that's why they should do a review.

Virtually all testimony is under penalty of perjury or other crime. Hopefully when we hear from those who actually know something because they were there and involved the result will be that the credibility one way or the other is clear. @SW-User

@jackjjackson That works, too. Might be easier for the FBI to fan out, though, then perhaps some of those can testify. However, getting any death threats for just being a witness seems somehow unfair. Regardless, Mitch wants a vote ASAP.

Is Mitch afraid the dems might control the Senate? It’s a shame politics trumps (no pun intended) all. Had Feinstein given the republicans the letter when she got it, they would have switched out Kavanaugh for someone younger maybe even a woman and he or she would hve been confirmed and we wouldn’t be reading and hearing this partisan nonsense. @SW-User

@jackjjackson I would be concerned so yes, I think that is why he is rushing it. Mitch has no interest in playing fair, so yeah...
