Why isn’t Brett Kavanaugh demanding an FBI investigation?

Is it because lying to the FBI is a crime?

Lying to a the Senate committee is a crime too, is that why Dr Ford doesn't want to testify? You can twist it however you like with either of them.

@Odette death threats will be investigated I'm sure and easily tracked down. A 36 year old accusation is more difficult and the FBI has said that isn't what they do. They put her accusation in his backround investigation and it's up to Senators to determine the truth.

What a cruel and heartless comment that is!! Meanwhile, Dr. Ford's lawyer told CNN on Tuesday night: "It's premature to talk about a hearing on Monday because she [Prof Ford] has been dealing with the threats, the harassment and the safety of her family and that's what she's been focused on for the last couple of days." Dr. Ford has been trying to work out where her family are going to sleep at night. Her family has been forced to move out of their home, her email has been hacked and she has been impersonated online. But sure thing; her death threats will be investigated I'm sure . Wow!
