If you take her statement in context she's referring to women being injured and dying from unsafe illicit illegal abortions. Which is the point of many pro-choice people, including those of a religious confession. Overturning Roe v. Wade will make abortion illegal, but not stop abortion. Making abortion illegal and stopping abortion are totally different projects. Sort of like making drugs illegal and stopping drug addiction.
