But doesn't that level of intolerance go against the defining principles of liberalism? If any self-proclaimed liberal is really so intolerant that they can be compared to the Ku Klux Klan then they're not liberals at all.

@hlpflwthat I don't know what you mean by Harley4Life and I being buddies since I'm not agreeing with what he's saying. What I'm saying is by definition, liberalism is about liberty and equality. Intolerance goes against what liberalism is all about.

@Existentially Tolerance of intolerance is not a virtue. This lesson was learned by the entire world already. We've had multiple wars about it.

@Existentially You seem to be suggesting that if someone is intolerant, they can't be a liberal. I'm pointing out the logical fallacy in that argument.

@Existentially My bad. My contention is that there really aren't true liberals as intolerant as the KKK. Harley can't tell conservative from liberal. He just likes attention ... and worrying whether someone will steal his mom & brother from him.

@hlpflwthat No worries. That is true, being as intolerant as the KKK is not liberal by any definition. That's what I was trying to say.
