2020. Who Would Win?

interesting question. Carter is by far the best Ex-President we have ever had. When he passes, he will have left the world a much better place than he found it. Bush was one of the most qualified men ever to win the presidency, if you look at his qualifications and previous positions. Both men under-performed as president. I'm not sure which one would win, knowing what we now know about them. Either one could run circles around the current buffoon.
