Why would a judge order $ 20,000 bail for 5 Islamic radicals that were arrested at the New Mexico compound starving and training children to preform

This was a loony decision. Other judges have made lenient rulings for a molestor because 'five-year-olds can be seductive.'

Yes. I am a republican who is outraged. I would have been outraged AND shocked if a republican judge made such a ruling. How ridiculous a decision that was. There should be no chance of bail if that's an option. Obviously.

Our country is so biased, our last president would not use the words "radical Muslim". That's how scared we are of "offending" people. @bijouxbroussard

Something I can say first of all: That pastor was wack. @bijouxbroussard

I don't understand the anger though, @bijouxbroussard. You seem like such an amazing woman, and a sweet and genuine person. If we can each approach this without venom in our words, we'll all go a lot further when it comes to understanding.

You know I don't like our president. I pray for him, because I want him to be better than the man he is, and because the office he holds I believe to be sacred.

The fact that he's still a self-aggrandizing, racist bully who happens to be president is a fact. But like I supported President Obama, I will support our president in making the right decisions, and call into question those which are wrong. We must all hold those who hate accountable. We must also hold each other accountable. It's part of the human condition, owing each other that respect. People say "you earn respect" but we allow ourselves to think like that, when we owe it to each other, even up until the point that it's steamrolled. At that point, there needs to be a judgment call.

This doesn't make me any less unhappy that our last president was so inclined to "think on" things that needed to be changed, and intent on changing things that should have been better thought out.

It's not an easy office for any decent man to hold.

I'm just glad Trump has some advisors who are reasonable. So much of his team acts like morons, but some things are getting done that needed to be.

If anyone needs help, it's our current president.
