That poor working class people like Trump does perhaps point to a failure of the left.

@hunkalove So so much of American politics is only based around Obama, hillary and trump. I don't live there so it's only SW and the media I have yo go off but I can't see much else being talked about.

I think perhaps you can get some Trump supporters in board by making them an economic offer? I could be wrong but the anti immigration rhetoric here is less convincing when people feel secure and optimistic about the future.
