Reasons

Reasons I could NOT in good concience vote for Hillary :

She broke the faith. In the service there is a strict tradition of NEVER leaving a man on the ground. For Hillary and Obama this code meant nothing. Benghazi was a prime example. There were others ..however just one suffices.

She's sternly anti gun. She strongly supported Nancy Pelosi in the "Turn them ALL in Mr and Mrs America" movement and the ratification of the UN Small Arms treaty to override the Constitution.

She is VERY soft on illegal immigration. She supports blanket amnesty with no background verification. She also suggests that we take time to understand terrorist organizations and radical clerics. The only thing I understand is they are a global menace and must be hunted down and exterminated.

She did NOT stand up to Obama or Eric holder in protest against illegal weapons trafficking to Mexican drug cartels which resulted in the mutilation and death of Federal agents. Again. Breaking the trust.

Her foreign policy consisted of being apologetic to the very nations that wish to see us wiped from the planet :

China
Iran
North Korea
Syria
Venezuela
Pakistan
And radicalized Africa

She lastly , upon Bills discharge of term , attempted to take possession of over 300k worth of taxpayer owned furniture from the white house for her private collection. Go figure. Being a 1960s radical ..a thief isnt a big jump.

Had the Dems ran a MODERATE and not a leftist failure. I would have considered it.

I don't agree with much of what you've said, but that's fine, we can disagree. However, your last point that the Democrats should have run a moderate instead of a leftist like Clinton? I've not laughed so much in ages. Hillary's centre right, mate. Almost all US politicians are right of center, including many Democrats.
HoraceGreenley · 56-60, M
@RoboChloe You are right. Bernie was too far to the Left. He would have lost very badly in a general election
Spartan1 · 46-50, M
@RoboChloe You can disagree all you want. But disputing FACT does no good.
Spartan1 · 46-50, M
@RoboChloe Secondly center in the UK is actually fairly LEFT in the States.

@waleskinder How kind.
HoraceGreenley · 56-60, M
@RoboChloe Well that is not true. Most politicians are not Right of Center.
Spartan1 · 46-50, M
@HoraceGreenley She doesnt understand the meaning of left here is not judged by the same scale as Parliament
RoboChloe · 26-30, F
@Spartan1 I should have been more clear: I don't dispute factual claims you have made, but I disagree with your opinions in general and your conclusions based on those factual claims.

And as for the political spectrum, you're making the assumption that I'm comparing Hillary to some foreign idea about political leanings. But when Hillary's main opponent, Bernie, was an actual leftist candidate, the entire argument of "Hillary was the extreme leftist candidate" slightly falls apart. Because even in the US, a wider spectrum pushing further into the left very much exists.
RoboChloe · 26-30, F
@HoraceGreenley When compared to an international view of political leanings, which is definitely a valid thing to do, they are.
Spartan1 · 46-50, M
@RoboChloe He was left OF Hillary. Yes. But she sure is NOT what's considered American center. The past 3 runs the Dems have ran ever increasingly left candidates to feed their base. They are the basic counterparts to say. Ted Cruz. Michelle Bachman. Sarah Palin. All of which mainstream America also rejected.
Spartan1 · 46-50, M
@RoboChloe That aside. Show me just how someone who has been guilty of ALL above accusations is good for a truly AMERICAN agenda (Not from an international or UK viewpoint )
RoboChloe · 26-30, F
@Spartan1 That's not what I came here to debate. You have your views, I have mine. All I'll say is this: Good, and better, are not the same thing. Do I think she's good? Hell no. Do I think she's better than the alternative? Very much so.
Spartan1 · 46-50, M
@RoboChloe Of course you do being a UK citizen and subject under the crown. But that's also EXACTLY my point. What's GOOD for the EU isn't always GOOD for US. WE need to put ourselves first for a change. And no. Were not giving up 300 years of heritage to suit the International community. Srry. Wont happen.

@Spartan1 Why did you delete my replies? I put effort into that. I tried my best to be as balanced and fair as I could. Were you somehow offended when I told you to have a nice day? I don't really know what I did wrong. You asked me to explain myself, and I did. I'm sorry my time and effort to try to explain my thoughts to you wasn't worth anything at all. I'm sorry I wasted your time.

@RoboChloe

Because he's really not interested in fair and reasonable debate, or balanced facts.

He demeans, patronizes, and bullies you and anyone else who disagrees with him, accuses them of having no proof for their opinions, but when its provided he deletes it (8 times) and pretends nothing happened.

He's weak and dishonest. This "patriot" cant handle the truth. You haven't wasted his time - He's wasted yours.
RoboChloe · 26-30, F
@BatRinseRepeat (I know but I generally prefer to assume good will rather than bad, at first at least.)

@Spartan1

Let's try this one more time hero.

You asked for proof that your golden boy was weak on Russia, and undermined American interests to satisfy Putin. Here it is.

We all know this really happened. Delete this and you prove that you're just another troll.
