@HoraceGreenley Everyone I have spoken to in the UK and I lived there for years are happy with it and do not even want it changed.
I think the Brits will tell you likewise, unless they are of the elitist variety with more than enough money to need to give a flying fig.

Joking aside, I honestly never in all my days heard a Brit or Kiwi or Ozzie wish to demolish their systems.
Its totally up to Americans whether they wish to have a similar system or not and how to fund it if so, but I doubt you'd find many in those nations with universal care willing to trade.

@HoraceGreenley Everyone I've spoken to about healthcare in England or Canada loves it. Hands down across the board.

But let's keep being the richest country with deplorable healthcare, ranked 37th behind countries like Morocco, Andorra, Columbia and Greece. Let's be the industrialized nation and the 4th most dangerous place to bear a child. Let's keep spending exponentially more for less care. It's been working out so well.
