So Trump already got the EU to back down on trade?

I bet the LIBERAL American haters don't like to hear stories like this.

This will save us hundreds of billions of Dollars in the long run. And the EU has agreed to take more of our Exports tax free.

This is what a Real President does folks. Not twinkle toes Obama who can only read a fancy speech written by someone else.

Unemployment all time low
GDP Growth estimated over 4.5%
De-escalated North Korea, and essentially cucked them in Nuclear.
All time Low black unemployment
All time low hispanic unemployment
20 year low women unemployment
Less people on Welfare.
Consumer Confidence close to all time high.

Why do you hate these things Anti_Trumpers?

Yeah.... About that.. A mid range EU trade guy showing up and after a while agreeing there might be room for another conversation does not make a deal. It doesn't really make a news story.. Unless you are in Trumpland of course. Where the Boss having a good hair day is news.馃

As for the rest of the BS and pie in the sky.. Its just that. Print all you want, say all you want. America used to be great, then it was trading on its reputation. But Trump fixed that wagon real good and trashed the brand all over.

Okay, Lets take that apart. The EU has a thriving passenger and military aircraft industry.. Maybe you have not heard of the A380 airbus.. But a ton of airlines have. And Britain France Sweden and others have military aircraft and rotary wing craft of their own. The US is particularly good at providing locations where other countries can test our the latest gear. That I grant you..
As for Fair Trade. I guess Fair is one of those words you have to see from both sides to get a meaning.. The "lousy" TPP Trump pulled you out of has been reborn without America and most agree its a better deal overall for the other parties, without all the intellectual property clauses locking up patents that the US insisted on. So if you want back in at this point its going to cost you.. The EU doesn't need your business with where your economy is headed, being paid off in IOUs they have to exchange for Oil, Yuan or Rubles doesn't grab them.@WindOfAdolf

See.. A minute ago the EU was the trading block you were looking at as a saviour. Now its a bunch of failed states you don't need. Have you considered running for office? I hear there might be a vacancy. The fact is America needs the world a lot more than the world needs America. Now if you don't mind I have to practice using chopsticks. At least the food will be better. @WindOfAdolf

Those individual states will only leave when the well of EU cash dries up at which point their economies will flounder. You will be doing deals with a bunch of begging bowls and frankly the Chinese are offering better deals at the moment with their One Belt, One Road program.@WindOfAdolf

@WindOfAdolf There are 33 seats up this Fall, 24 held by Democrats and 9 by Republicans. You are delusional if you expect Republicans to pick up 3/4 of those seats (that would be 24 or 25 seats). Republicans will be fortunate to pick up their same 9 seats and possibly add one to their total from the 24 Democrats. You are correct on the reason--people vote on what is really happening and will vote against the Trump Abomination.

@WindOfAdolf Nothing indicates that the Republicans will get even close to 60 seats, and Democrats are ahead in most of the 24 seats they are defending, as are most of the Republicans for their seats. There are only about 8 seats that are competitive, and depending on how they fall, either the Democrats or Republicans could achieve a majority. If I was betting, based on the best information out there right now, I'd give the Republicans a 52-48 majority after all the votes are counted. The House is another story--it is increasingly likely to be held by Democrats as Trump continues to exhibit erratic behavior.

@WindOfAdolf The House will be Democratic after the 2018 election. Sorry to burst your bubble. And the Senate elections in 2020 and 2022 are much more likely to tilt Democratic than in 2018 because many more Republicans have to defend seats, and they'll be dragged down by Trump's problems. He won't even be President by then. Both the House and Senate will be Democratic after the 2020 election.
windinhishair61-69, M
@WindOfAdolf Your drivel isn't Democratic policy, just random talking points by wing-nuts. American citizens get it--thats why Trump's support is never more than about 42%, and his detractors are never less than 52%. People do get it.
whowasthatmaskedman70-79, M
Yeah... I believe you.. But don't expect for a second that having democrats in charge of everything is going to solve the underlying problem. As much as I don't like Trump, that has more to do with his business practices, which he brought with him to Washington.. The bizarrely manipulated economy and the corrupted political process are the problems and they extend to both sides of both houses as well as down through most States.@windinhishair
windinhishair61-69, M
@whowasthatmaskedman I couldn't agree with you more. But Trump is a clear and present danger to democracy, so we have to get rid of that problem before we can attack the systemic problems in the system. Then we have to pressure our elected officials to do the things that need to be done.
whowasthatmaskedman70-79, M
Maybe we should consider applying pressure to the parties to replace all the elected officials. @windinhishair
windinhishair61-69, M
@whowasthatmaskedman We can vote out the entire House in the Fall, and 1/3 of the Senators. Won't happen, but we already have the power to do it.

@WindOfAdolf Almost nothing you said was true. Jobless claims are not at an all-time low. That's factually incorrect. They have been coming down steadily since 2009 and are at their lowest rate since 1969. That's a good thing, but it isn't an all-time low.

What specific restrictions did Trump overrule at EPA? We've been close to energy independence for a while now, and could attain it with an increased focus on alternative energy, which Trump is actively discouraging and targeting for failure. Real jobs are being lost in this industry and will not be replaced by the extraction industry.

The polls were correct, predicting that Trump would lose the popular vote by about 3% on the eve of the election. He lost by 2.6%, right within the margin of error. Your 95% claim is factually incorrect. The website 538, which takes ALL polls into account, had it at 64%. So yes, it was an upset, but nothing that was totally unexpected.

I feel bad that you keep giving out talking points which are incorrect, and worse but not surprising, you believe them. There are valid points to be made, but you're not even close to making them based on your lack of supporting facts.

Nuremburg used to have some pretty good rallies as I recall. Lots of angry, small minded people turned up and cheered this "cult of personality" guy who played them like a violin. They used to make movies of that and make claims about support and crowd sizes and the people lapped it up and believed it and those with the least thought they could get more and the good old days back. I don't think that ended so well.. But who knows... Maybe the south will rise again..@WindOfAdolf

@WindOfAdolf There were significant increases in natural gas during Obama's Administration, as well as increases in oil productions. You're wrong with your comment and didn't provide any proof. Did you even read the link you posted? It touts decreases in greenhouse gas emissions in 2016. Do you even have a clue why that was? (it was under Obama, by the way). It was largely because of the focus on reducing emissions, and the increased natural gas production, since natural gas has fewer emissions than coal or oil. So it has nothing to do with Trump whatsoever, and it is telling that they didn't give you the numbers for 2017 under Trump.

Most of what has been done at EPA has been reversing regulations before they took effect, so they weren't holding industry back as they weren't in force. You didn't know that, but don't let that stop you from spouting off your talking points.

Iran received money that was frozen during the Reagan Administration. Their own money. Again, you're wrong, but that is par for the course.

A few rallies with mindless zealots doesn't make a good president. You'd still be jumping up and down pissing yourself with glee if you were homeless and Trump was telling you that you live in a mansion.
