I'm not sure it's a mental illness but you can't change the basics of biology because a select minority of people are in their feelings.

Yeah but that's not their gender. That's intersex. We speak of gender while I made some references to sex since some seek to blur those lines.

@ImDone So you are saying that a person who is born physically intersex automatically has an intersex gender? They cannot determine that themselves?
