So is Trump still trying to get a military parade in Washington?

Remember a little while back he wanted one and it raised a few eyebrows. Haven't heard much about it lately. Has he forgotten it? Or was it basically part of his SOP where he makes crazy plans and announcements, simply to try and keep people of balance?
