I wonder if the 'kidney infection' might be more serious?

Compare the two photos. One taken today outside Blenheim Palace in England. The other one a while ago. Is it me or does Melania look puffy in her face in the one from today? Is that possibly steroidal or something else?

@HerKing Of course but the amount of surgery is shocking and she ends up looking more masculine in the after photo.
