Trump is in London and there is a yuuuge demonstration planned for tomorrow.

Do any of my fellow Brits like Donald Trump? How do Americans feel about the demo?

I am not a fan of Trump - at all. But, as a British citizen, don't you find it a bit odd that the BBC has SOOO many documentaries disparaging Trump on a weekly basis? It's a government run channel, right?
@lilteacup remarkable really.

trump's regard of the UK-- its government, and citizens-- is basically 🖕...

... and it's not a love fest. shocking.

Well in the last week the only one I can recall is an episode of Showtimes "Fourth Estate"

No. Primarily public funded. Independent of any government intervention.

Really? Granted they are not all "documentaries" however your country is obsessed with Trump.

As of 7/13 these programs are currently available for viewing on BBCiPlayer.

1. Panorama Trump's Fortress America
2. Trump's Unlikely Fans
3. House of Common Trump Policing Urgent Question
4. The Brit Who Tried to Kill Trump
5. HARDtalk Sebastian Gorka, Deputy Assistant to Trump
6. Panorama Trump: is the President a Sex Pest?

Not to mention the daily, weekly and monthly recaps of his mishaps and blunders.

Like I said, I am not a fan of Trump (didn't vote for him) but he does represent my country. Disrespecting the American flag does not bode well for many Americans - not just Trumpsters.
@CopperCicada

The state dinner at Blenheim Palace looks like a "love fest"?

That's ALL Trump cares about.

@lilteacup BBC i-player is like the BBC version of Netflix...basically everything broadcast over the last few years is available

1. Panorama Trump's Fortress America - broadcast 17 Jul 2017
2. Trump's Unlikely Fans - 3 Nov 2016
3. House of Common Trump Policing Urgent Question - 12 Jul 2018 part of a debate in Parliament
4. The Brit Who Tried to Kill Trump - 20 Jan 2017
5. HARDtalk Sebastian Gorka, Deputy Assistant to Trump - 1 Aug 2017 an interview on the news channel
6. Panorama Trump: is the President a Sex Pest? - 9 Jul 2018

Of all those only 1 programme and one news item broadcast in 2018
@romper69

The point I am trying to make is BBCiPlayer does not have ANY other programs, in such abundance, at the ready for viewing, relating to ANY other leader, of ANY other country, OTHER THAN TRUMP.

It doesn't matter when they were first viewed -- People can still watch ALL these shows at any time.

I know how BBCiPlayer works. I have been watching it since it became available.

There are more programs about Trump than Brexit.

Again, I did not vote for the man. Just stating an observation.
