Pretty sure that's just how society works. There's always a ruling class imposing or attempting to impose their ideals on everyone else.

Not at all. Culture and cultural politics are contested all the time.

I tend to feel most modern culture comes from three different places: reddit, people with non-heterosexual preferences and Japan. I'm not sure who's running this train.

I can drive four hours north of here to Atlanta and go to an Indian bakery and chew pan.

So no. America is multi-cultural.

Between here and there, unless you're a white Anglo-American protestant-- you're an enemy of America.

So yeah.
