No he didn't. The father said the little girl was with her mother he was still at home. But the photographer said the girl had been crying because she was exhausted after a long day. Incidentally, Trump has history in having fictional TIME covers at his golf courses, framed.. Naturally, they're of him.

@HoraceGreenley If the world was based on meritocracy how do you explain the current secretary for education? Or Scott Pruitt? Or the National security advisor? Or the various cabinet secretaries who have long gone? Or the POTUS himself? You think he built Trump towers because he's a builder? No, he scammed banks out of money. You think he can open a university? Or an airline? Both of the last two are no more, the first because it was a scam (Fined $25 million) the second because he doubled the prices and no-one used it.
