The numbers they choose to report to the public don’t include all types of unemployed people, and a massive proportion aren’t counted. This is a recent change. They don’t include “discouraged workers”. Unemployment is actually double what trump says. Anyone who’s gone to school should know this but of course Americans don’t like to educate their citizens.
