I, myself wonder! Where would these children be if they were able to slip thru the cracks and make it past the checkpoint? Where would they be spending their nights? Would they be safe? Would they have access to 3 meals a day? Medical care? Education services? Or would they continue to hide in the darkness and prey to make it thru the night?
