the nation has been parted out like an old car for decades, repubs and dems alike. have presided over this sell off, and the Giant casino, that our economy has become.

the supporers of Mr Trump, are ill educated, even about him and his traits and history. I started my info file on him way back in 1987, when he went to the Soviet Union, its the same year that i started to follow the carreer of MR Putin as well.
the "OLD" GOP is pretty much dead. the NEw one, has been built on fear, misinformation, and anger.
this is NOT good for our country.
i could not vote for either Mr Tump or Mrs Clinton last election.
the lesser of two evils is still evil.
Ynotisay · M
@SatyrService Lesser of two evils? Really? I'll bet most anything that you couldn't list any of her "evil deeds" that would come CLOSE to what Trump has done to date.
Her 'evil' was manufactured by those who knew how easily people could be manipulated. Toss in a concentrated effort by our overseas ENEMIES and you have people drawing false equivalencies.
Don't mean to slam you man but YOU helped put Trump in office. You might be good with that. Or not. But it is what it is.

@Ynotisay my vote, in any direction, does not count, where I live the results are in before we even close our polls.
Mrs clinons evils? none of those that are popular, just preserving the status quo.
I work in other ways.
talking with you is one of them.

@FelixLegion i do not like One world Idealism, i think you are projecting your own fears.
our national economy is based on banking and hamburgers.
our industrial base is extinct.
folks cant even earn enough to make minmal rent.
GLobalism, has crushed our advantages.
Propaganda, has promissed but not delivered.
consider looking at new sources of information, your corporate programming is showing.
trump has no answers,, neither do the democrats.

what answers do you offer other than dismisal and Snark?
Ynotisay · M
@SatyrService Preserving the status quo? Do you mean the one established under Obama where we had the respect of the world and were moving forward?
What I know is that when I look at most EVERY action taken by this administration there's one thing in common. Destruction. It's all about destroying what was established as a platform for progress. Maybe you can provide some examples of what Trump and his followers are FOR. Not what they're against. I can't.
And again, not to slam you but from where I'm standing, people who don't vote have lost the right to comment on politics. The idea that 40% of Americans didn't vote in the last election is something I find to be reprehensible. But that's just me.
Ynotisay · M
@SatyrService Fears? No man. I'm not gutless. I don't blame people for my life and decisions. OTHER than the people who didn't vote. Fuck them. Because they DO have an impact on my life and, more importantly, the lives of others.

"Globalism has crushed our advantages." Puh-leeze. Globalism provided THE BEST opportunity to extend our advantages. But the "real Americans" have been taught otherwise.

And dude. Stick your 'corporate programming' up your ass. You don't know me man.
@Ynotisay they are easy to understand,, trumps followers. They want to live in a nation, where women and minorities "know there place" where a "business person" one can exploit any person or materieal without regard to who is dammanged. They want largly to live in about say.,1900, and abuse whomever they choose to cheat.
and they want to belive "god" approves of all of it
@Ynotisay why do you think that coporate control of the entire world is a good thing?
Ynotisay · M
@SatyrService Right. Moving backwards due to fear. Apathy feeds that. It doesn't serve progress.
Ynotisay · M
@SatyrService I'm going to stop now. That question insulted my intelligence and I don't have the patience. Thanks.
@Ynotisay I agree, it does not serve progress, I was clearly defining what i think THEY want. Privelege, advantage, and control of "lesser persons"
nor do i trust our bankrupt politcal process, where twice the "winner" of the vote, was replaced by the loser.
Out here, we have a referendum process, that lets us, on a local lee adress our own laws. I think this would be useful on a national level
@Ynotisay it was not an insult to your intellegence, only the knowlege base it is built on.
anyone who can "insult" you, is in control of your emotions. WE should all get over "being dissed"
Ynotisay · M
@SatyrService You sucked me in again. OK. Last time. I tried to be tactful with that response but the truth is that only a childish thinker would take what I said and turn it in to "Why do you think corporate control of the entire world is a good thing?"
That kind of thing is beneath me and I try to refrain from playing in sandboxes.
Better?
So respond if you want. I'm sure you will. But I'll be exiting stage left. Thanks.
@SatyrService I'm not going to be get in the dirt over this, but IMO, not voting for a candidate who had even a chance against Trump is nothing to brag about.

If he'd lost, obviously, I might feel different about protest votes, but you basically voted for chaos.
