Can someone explain the lack of outrage in 2014 when all of the unaccompanied minors were being held in "cages"?

Why an issue with it now? And no I am not referring to kids being separated from their parents, just the initial holding and processing

Trump needs to declare pelosi, waters, and Cummings houses as detention centers and ship them there at their expense for abdicating their congressional responsibilities.
