I’m not a liberal, but you can hardly compare an offense where you get locked up to a family crossing the boarder... it’s just not the same. People don’t get locked up and thier kids taken away for speeding or running a red light...

@Tryingtofindabalance don't pay the ticket, goes to warrant, get arrested. Depending on your personal situation CPS gets involved so yes it can happen

@Stargate but now your adding stipulations... it’s not a fair comparison... anyone can cater a situation that fits thier mold... and they will send your kids to a trusted friend or family member.. I’m sure some had to go to foster care, but let’s be honest... the vast majority aren’t dealing with this... you can’t honestly believe it’s equal... where has people’s decency went... seriously
