Depends. If the evidence on him was obtained due to an illegal
FISA warrant his case should be throw out. Unless they can show the court they had probable cause to be looking at him anyway, which is not the case. That would be a shame because if he's guilty of the charges I'd hate to see him walk free because of their lies to the FISA court. Also, he could turn around and sue them and he'd win.
