So will Trump get the Nobel Peace Prize if it works out with N Korea like Obama did for, wait, what did Obama get it for ? Oh just being Obama I guess

@Subsumedpat As was stated, it was projected based on projected achievement. But (and this is key) Obama neither sought nor lobbied for the Nobel prize. And Trump and his ilk might not be yammering on about it but for Obama’s having been so honored. Petty and highly unpresidential ? Absolutely. But those are the kind of dishonorable people Trump and his supporters are. 😞

@bijouxbroussard You are kidding right ? You can really be awarded a Nobel Prize based on projected achievement that has not happened yet can you. If that is the case why did'nt they give it to Reagan when he said tear down that wall, they could have projected it was going to happen and Germany would be peacefully reunified.

@bijouxbroussard The OP did qualify it with "if it works out with N Korea" seems if he is actually successful at actually getting it done he should get one since someone else got one for basically good intentions but no results.
