Summit: What actually happened, if not what was promised?

Okay people, the US/NK 'summit' is all done and dusted...Here's the take from pretty much everyone who is looking in, and what was none negotiable before it:

They both have basked in the coverage and if that was the desired outcome, it's worked. The rest is very broad strokes of the brush with no 'deal'. Past presidents have refused to meet the NKs and negotiate any withdrawal from SK unless NK eliminates its nuclear weapons. It seemed before Trump went to Singapore that that too was the deal breaker; NK absolutely must get rid of its nuclear weapons, and have it overseen now and in the future..

That isn't what has happened. Instead the fat kid has said he wants to see work towards the entire peninsula de-nuclearised, and (and this is the bit lost in the small print). Withdrawal of the US from SK..

Trump has announced he'll stop US military exercises with SK (Pre condition from the fat kid), but hasn't demanded NK get rid of its nuclear weapons (Pre condition from Trump) and the fat kid hasn't offered to do so.

I cannot see a fair deal unless all foreign armies leave Korea and the whole peninsula is de-nuclearised.
