Why Does Telsa Keep Getting a Pass on These Accidents?
A Tesla car has crashed into a parked police car in California.

The driver suffered minor injuries and told police she was using the car's driver-assisting Autopilot mode.

The crash has similarities to other incidents, including a fatal crash in Florida where the driver's "over-reliance on vehicle automation" was determined as a probable cause.
Tesla should be required by law to fully indemnify any user of its vehicles.

Tesla providing a car and saying you still have to pay attention when using the assisted driving feature puts them at fault? That makes absolutely no sense.

@AcidBurn It's like saying cruise control means auto pilot.
