Are they really planning to tear off people's heads in Ohio?

According to a news clip I saw on YouTube, Ohio is planning on executing their condemned criminals by using a machine to tear off their heads. Seemed incredible. Does anyone know if this is for real?

Please, please, please show your post to a trusted child/grandchild of yours or other close relative. Ask them what they think.

@beckyromero I do not have children, grandchildren or any family nearby. Not sure what you think they would say about this. I saw it on YouTube, and the video reported it as fact, yet it seemed unlikely...so I posted it for discussion here. It turns out it is not factual, as I suspected.

Why do you think I need a "trusted" younger relative to advise me about this? Actually, I'm not sure this would be an appropriate topic of conversation with a child in any case.

@beckyromero I don't have grandkids, I'm sorry to say. But I will mention it in discussions with younger people and see what they will say. Do you think young people are likely to react in a specific way?
@greenmountaingal No doubt!! I’m with you. I would never subject a child to this.

I think this may be her way of saying that my post/question was sick or crazy and indicates a serious mental problem which may require hospitalization. Otherwise, I don't know why she would want me to discuss it with a younger relative.
