Are people who say Trump moving the US embassy in Israel is a nail in the coffin of the Israel-Palestine Peace Process lying?

What peace process? What Palestine?

If you look at the pre-1945 maps of the region, the area is always labeled as "Palastine", because it was. Then the British kind of promised it to the Palestinians when they left, but also a few hundred thousand Jews were shovelled in after WWII and the British also promised the region to them. Both sides were promised, they couldn't agree, violence happened, and it's still happening.
@Xuan12 Violence against Jews in Palestine predates Zionism. Anti-Antisemitism plays a big role.

@FrogManSometimesLooksBothWays Well of course. The Old Testament itself is packed with accounts of violence in the region. It would be shocking if it hadn't happened since then.
@Xuan12 Jews hate Arabs. And Arabs hate Jews. It's that simple.

@Xuan12 If you look at the pre-600 map of the area it was clearly under the control of the eastern Roman Empire.

@beckyromero Neanderthals lived there before homosapiens moved in.
