All media sources have bias. Just because it has bias, does not automatically mean that its wrong.

It's not professional and proper journalism to interject any personal bias into a journalistic piece. It's just propaganda when it does and therefore not very useful as news.

That said not very much journalism exist these days. It's all short form clickbait opinion pieces for the most part.

@MethDozer It exists, but in the written word and not in 5 minute long snippets. Those who get their news from television (of whatever political stripe) and then yell “bias”, should look in the mirror.

@luckranger71 It's just as rare in written media.

@MethDozer I guess I should have phrased it this way: it’s impossible to be reasonably politically informed if one’s primary source of information is tv news.

Plenty of online and print media have bias, but reading is the only way to be informed. Finding good sources requires a lot of sifting and winnowing, and not simply relying on click bait.

@luckranger71 I got that but the style of so-called journalism is pervasive across all media nowadays. It's far and few between to actually see an in-depth long form article these days. Especially with follow up pieces or one that puts information and facts before opinion and agenda.
