Why would Trump help Chinese phone company, ZTE?

I guess the Commerce Dept must lift the sanctions against this company.

@Xuan12 Yeah I don’t understand that. I think the results will be that ZTE will flood the Americans with their phones. Maybe he feels that Apple has too much of a monopoly.
