@MethDozer To hold the view that a race is racist because of is race is, "by definition", being racist. "By definition" is from the Latin phrase ex vi termini, that is, defined from the force of the term itself being used and not "definition" as in a dictionary which you assumed it did, explaining your foolish attempt to show a proficincy in English which you have embarrassingly shown is in fact inferior to mine Latin,too, by the way.

@Abrienda No, it's not. Racism is a belief that one race holds a virtue or superiority over another. That ethnicity has hierarchical nature.
This statement does not fit that criteria of it's actual definition. It's a stereotype and prejudice at most.
