No, no assumptions need be made. Racism among some whites and some institutions is clear, proven and alive & well. It's not racist to point out the obvious.

@Graylight Racism exists in all ethnic groups at more or less the same rate.
Just the outcomes are different.

@MethDozer I agree. Racism is a human quality and no one race has dominion over it. I'm just saying that knowing such isn't, in itself, racist thinking.
